Digitech Today LLC ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our tools and services, including the TikTok Dashboard — a personal account management tool.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• TikTok account data: When you authorize a TikTok account through our dashboard, TikTok provides us with an access token and basic profile information (username, profile picture, follower count). We do not receive or store your TikTok password.
• Video files: Videos you upload through the dashboard are stored temporarily on your local device while being processed for upload to TikTok.
• Post content: Captions, hashtags, and scheduling preferences you enter are stored locally in a database on your own device.
• AI usage data: If you use the AI caption or hashtag suggestion feature, your video description is sent to the DeepSeek API to generate suggestions. No personal identifying information is included in these requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To connect and manage your TikTok accounts on your behalf
• To upload and publish videos to TikTok at your direction
• To generate AI-powered caption and hashtag suggestions
• To maintain a history of your posting activity

3. Local Data Storage

All account tokens, post history, and settings are stored locally on your own device in a SQLite database. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Your TikTok access tokens are encrypted before being saved to the local database using AES-256-GCM encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

Our tools interact with the following third-party services:

• TikTok API: Used to authenticate accounts and publish video content. Subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.
• DeepSeek API: Used to generate caption and hashtag suggestions. Only your video description context is sent — no personal data. Subject to DeepSeek's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your TikTok credentials or account tokens with any party other than TikTok's own API infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of your data. You may delete the local database at any time to remove all stored information. TikTok access tokens can be revoked at any time through your TikTok account settings.

7. Security

We take security seriously. TikTok access tokens stored by our dashboard are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We recommend keeping your local device secure and not sharing your dashboard with unauthorized users.

8. Children's Privacy

Our tools are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
