By using our services, including the TikTok Dashboard tool, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Digitech Today LLC provides digital tools including a TikTok multi-account management dashboard that allows users to:

• Connect and manage multiple TikTok accounts using official TikTok OAuth authorization
• Upload, schedule, and publish video content to TikTok on their behalf
• Generate AI-powered caption and hashtag suggestions
• View post history and account activity

3. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Only connect TikTok accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to manage
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for all content you post
• Not use our tools to post content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Keep your local device secure and prevent unauthorized access to the dashboard
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or abuse our services

4. TikTok Platform Compliance

Our dashboard operates through TikTok's official Content Posting API. You acknowledge that:

• TikTok may review, restrict, or remove any content you publish through their platform
• TikTok's own Terms of Service govern your use of the TikTok platform
• We are not responsible for any actions TikTok takes regarding your accounts or content
• API access and features may change based on TikTok's platform policies

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all video content and creative material you upload through our services. By using our tools, you grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service (i.e., temporarily processing files for upload to TikTok).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Posts will always publish successfully to TikTok
• AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The service will remain compatible with future TikTok platform changes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitech Today LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed posts, or account suspensions by TikTok.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
